RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
TCG Mania takes great care in handling and packaging your goods as we understand the importance of keeping collectibles in great condition.
If there’s something not quite right with your goods, please ensure to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving the goods at your nominated delivery address. Do not send the item back to TCG Mania without receiving written direction to do so from us.
Please provide as much detail as possible and your reason for the request. Please also attach photos of the item, as this will help us understand your concern. We will be in contact at our earliest convenience to discuss your options.
Please note there is no guarantee of a refund or item exchange. TCG Mania will only issue refunds or exchanges for damaged/defective goods, or if the item(s) the customer has received is different to that which was ordered.
We will review all requests in accordance with relevant consumer affairs guidelines – see Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) for further information.
If a refund or item exchange is granted, the customer must post the item(s) back to our office in Frankston, Victoria and provide a tracking number. Postage costs including tracking are borne by the customer. The item(s) must be returned in the exact same condition as the customer received them.
If a refund is granted, the customer will incur the costs associated with posting the item(s) back to TCG Mania with a tracking number. When TCG Mania receives the item, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment in Australian Dollars (AUD). Your order total will be credited into the same account your payment came from.
TCG Mania will advise you when the refund has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may delay the time in which the funds are cleared back into your account.
Item exchange process
If an item(s) exchange is offered, the customer will incur the costs associated with posting the item(s) back to TCG Mania with a tracking number. When TCG Mania receives the item, the new item will be posted to the customer.
Change of mind
TCG Mania does not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind. Please ensure you read our product descriptions carefully and feel free to email us with any questions prior to completing a purchase, at email@example.com
For orders already placed and paid for, you may request a cancellation and refund prior to the goods being shipped via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep in mind that TCG Mania ship orders promptly, we may refuse your request if the order has already been shipped - please email us immediately after your purchase. Your payment will be refunded through the same payment method.
